• Avoid alcohol, aspirin, ibuprofen, Vitamin E, D, Tumeric, Omega 3 and FIsh Oil 72 hours before to help decrease the chance of bruising.

• You may take oral Arnica 3 days prior to your treatment and continue for days after to prevent and heal bruising.

• No intense exercise or heat exposure for 24 hours post-treatment
